Turn the page – Kimberly Gosney
So before I start singing at the top of my lungs… I’ve got something important to talk to you about today.
It’s time to “Turn The Page” on your website.
It used to be that your website mattered and it had to be a thing of beauty a real joy that could be experienced by the peeps that typed in your URL.
That meant that you had to slave over every last stinking detail with precision. You literally had to become a site designer (which may or may not be in your ZONE of genius.)
Because people had to be able to click all around and see everything.
They had to “Turn The Page” and each click to a different spot on your site meant that you – yes you! had to perform random miracles and become a geeky wizard just to keep up with all the pages that you had to have to get the ball rolling.
Serving up gobs of pages for HUNGRY, HUNGRY, visitors -> clicking, clicking, clicking all around and everywhere on your website. Forever and ever.
You heard stuff like:
- The About Page is the most popular page on your site … better make it AH-FREAKIN-MAZIN’
- You’ve only got 7 seconds to make a 1st impression before someone will head on back over to Facebook (true that.)
- There are just some pages that you HAVE TO HAVE on your site – blog, about, work with me.
Today, I’m calling cupcakes on all of that.
Because it’s time for you to “TURN THE PAGE” on your website and get yourself out of the box that your URL has nicely plopped your pretty little shiny hiney in.
You know that box, right??? The one where you’ve got so much copy, imagery, pages, opt-ins, and a whole bunch of mess that has to happen before you can launch. So, nothing happens and you’ve got that website blowing like a tumbleweed in the wind.
I’m about to prove that you can have a fully functioning website to hit the ground running with only ONE PAGE!
But, only if I hear from you that you’re ready for this whole new take on site buildin’ because I don’t want to shock the cupcakes right out of ya. Or, leave you wondering if I’ve finally lost my freakin’ mind.
Can I get a hallelujah, amen, or at least a holler back from ya???
Comment below if you’re intrigued and excited that you can build an online empire from ONE strategically crafted page on your site.
P.S. During the writing of this blog post – I may have been told by my daughter to turn down the volume on my music. She could hear it through my headphones and it was distracting her from some stellar TV watching.
P.S.S. Jamming old school with some Lynyrd Skynryd and Bob Seger. A girls gotta do what a girls gotta do to write with impact from one slamming hot keyboard.
