SimplyBold Starter Package and SimplyBold Presence Package Clean Break Refund Policy
I offer a one-time 50% clean break refund in case we're the wrong fit within 30 days of our working together.
You may email me at [email protected] to request your refund.
Any site hosted and designed by me for you will be deleted upon processing your refund request and may not be used if we're no longer working together.
Your SimplyBold Starter or Presence Package includes support for one point person (you or a member of your team) and the one site this design is installed on.
If you'd like to use my site design style on additional sites you'll need to purchase another SimplyBold Starter or SimplyBold Presence Package.

SimplyBold Presence Package Review Periods
Due to the close working relationship between myself and my SimplyBold Presence Package clients, there is a review period once every 90 days where we'll chat and go over your business needs and re-evaluate our agreement to see if more or less support is needed.
Hours of Operation
SimplyBold is open Monday - Friday from 10 am EST - 3 pm EST. SimplyBold is closed on evenings, weekends, and holidays. Any support requests will be replied to on the next business day if received outside of business hours.
SimplyBold Plan Refund Policy
At the end of our session, you may request a one-time refund of 100% of your SimplyBold Plan fee if you're unhappy with our session for any reason.
I offer a 50% refund for your course/membership/mastermind purchase if requested within 30 days of purchase. Any site hosted and designed by me for you will be deleted upon processing your refund request and may not be used if we're no longer working together.
