Simple Refund Policy
I like to make it easy to understand what happens after you pay me. So here is my simple refund policy.
I offer a no questions asked refund if requested within 30 days of your purchase. You can click here to email me to request a refund if you're unhappy with our work together.
There's only one string attached to a refund request... you can not use anything that I've created for you or purchased on your behalf to use for your project.
Your refund will be processed within 5 working days to give you time to make sure that you really want a refund.
After your refund is processed we'll no longer be working together or communicating with each other about your project.
It's a clean break so you can find someone that fits you just right with no hard feelings from my side of the computer screen.
Relaunch Refund Policy
If you purchase a pre-paid relaunch package with me you may request a full refund within 90 days of purchase as long as work has not started on your relaunch.
Monthly Maintenance Packages
Monthly maintenance fees are not included in relaunch packages and I do not offer a refund for monthly maintenance packages.
