10 Minutes A Day – 04.13.14 – Kimberly Gosney

Added on 04.13.14 – Today I learned a valuable lesson. It helps if you hit publish when you write something.

So, that’s why 04.13.14 wasn’t there yesterday.

Excited.

That’s what I’m feeling today because I’m really excited. Excited to be meeting new people this week. Excited to be trying new stuff, shaking things up.

But, most excited about the two hours that I spent outside with my little bean trying to help her with her with her Tae Kwon Do Staff routine.

Interesting + true fact about me.

I used to twirl a rifle in high school band. And, I twirled a flag too. Maybe I did those things just to bring me to this moment where I’m a total rockstar for my daughter.

I can twirl shit and make it look like magic. So, I spent a lovely afternoon twirling my daughter’s staff and teaching her how to throw it in the air and catch it.

It was really fun.

And, she even has a signature move. The howling Kat-Nado. hehehe.

She spins her staff over her head while twirling round and round.

I don’t know where she got the idea that she could be a Kat-Nado? Hmmm.

Just beautiful. And, even though we didn’t get much practice done…

We had fun.

I love my little bean-nado.
